Effective since February 16, 2011 - New York State Vehicle & Traffic Law amended a penalty which will add TWO points to your driver's license in addition to the already existing fine of $100 while driving with a cell phone without a hands-free headset. This includes all uses of cell phones including text messaging while driving.

Driving Instructor
We are looking for Driving Instructor for a very reputable Driving School in the Bayside area. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but English is fine. You must have a valid NYS Driver's License for 3 years or longer, High School Diploma or GED, Clean Driving Record, and be willing to work a flexible Schedule (FT, PT, Weekends and Nights).
